How do we do it?

After an initial ‘walk-through’ of your facility / premises by one of our Energy Consultants, data gathered during the ‘walk through’ will be analyzed to determine whether or not  it is beneficial for you to proceed with a complete Energy Survey / Power Audit / Project Design.

From the data gathered by the Energy Consultant during the ‘walk-through’, our computer program will generate some definitive numbers regarding the minimum you can expect to save on your energy costs and your maximum payback period. These are not hypothetical numbers but conservative estimates based upon accepted engineering principles.

Your project will not require any new money to be budgeted or spent. Our approach will pay for your project directly from your electricity bill savings. You are paying this money right now to the utility company. You might as well pay it to yourself. If this is of interest to you then you should proceed to the next step which is to authorize a complete Energy Survey. The data gathering process conducted at your business to complete the survey is exacting and very thorough.

The size of your facility will obviously determine the time it will take to complete the survey. We are very conscientious not to interrupt the normal workflow of your employees or disrupt your operations. There will be no downtime required for any of your equipment. There will be occasions when the surveyor will need to ask some of your employees for assistance in obtaining certain information or accessing certain areas.

Once all the survey data has been gathered it will be sent back to head office, where we will develop a comprehensive report of recommendations that, when implemented, will result in guaranteed energy savings.
